1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–4 business days
- Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally to select countries. Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work to resolve it.
6. Incorrect Address
